Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Dispatcher Prep for your use of Dispatcher Prep. By creating an account or buying access, you agree to them.
What Dispatcher Prep is
Dispatcher Prep is independent practice software for skills used in dispatcher hiring tests. It is not an official test, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by CritiCall, TestGenius, Biddle Consulting Group or any hiring agency. Exercises are original and do not contain real test questions.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise that you will pass any test or be hired. Practice scores describe your sessions in our software only. Hiring agencies set their own tests, scores and requirements, and you are responsible for checking them.
Not emergency training
All scenarios and rules are fictional practice material. They are not emergency-response training or medical advice, and you must not rely on them in a real emergency. If you have an emergency, call 911.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and in the United States to create an account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and access is for you alone. Do not share it or resell it.
Purchases and access
Full access is a one-time payment of US $29, plus any applicable tax, for 12 months from the date of purchase. It does not renew and you will not be charged again. When your access period ends, paid features stop unless you choose to buy again. Stripe processes payments.
Refunds
If Dispatcher Prep is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A refund ends your paid access. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, scrape or redistribute our content, try to get around access limits, interfere with the service, or use it to break the law or anyone's test rules. Do not use practice tools during a real test. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Our content
We and our licensors own the software and original exercises. Third-party audio is used under the licenses listed on our audio credits page, and those licenses still apply to that audio. Your practice responses remain yours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may change or improve exercises. If we make a material change that takes away what you paid for, you may ask for a prorated refund.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by nature should continue, such as disclaimers and limits of liability, survive after that.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
